Step 1 - Identify the part you want
Each unit has its own identification number.
When ordering, please quote the relevant number as shown in the example on the right. The code tells us the type of unit, the gauge, the element I.D. and even the unique casting mould I.D.
Having this level of detail always allows us to identify easily and precisely exactly what you need, and ensures that you receive your replacements without delay.
